SIA Finanšu Vadības Birojs (hereinafter – we) respects your right to the protection of personal data and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), the Personal Data Processing Act and other applicable legislation.

This Privacy Policy sets out what personal data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and how we ensure its protection.

3. What personal data do we process?

Depending on the nature of our relationship, we may process the following personal data:

  • name and surname
  • e-mail adress;
  • phone number;
  • company name and position;
  • information that you voluntarily provide in contact forms or via email;
  • the information required to provide accounting services;
  • information required by the applicable legislation.

We do not collect more data than is necessary to provide a specific service.

  • to conclude and perform contracts;

6. How long do we retain personal data?

Personal data is retained only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose of data processing or as required by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

Accounting documents and related information are retained for the periods specified in the relevant legislation.

When the retention period expires, the data is securely deleted or anonymised.

7. Recipients of personal data

Where necessary, personal data may be transferred to:

  • to public authorities, where required by legislation;
  • IT service providers;
  • cloud service providers;
  • accounting system administrators;
  • other partners who provide services on our behalf.

All personal data controllers comply with the requirements of the GDPR and ensure appropriate data protection.

  • You may lodge a complaint with the State Data Inspectorate if you believe that the processing of personal data does not comply with the relevant legislation.

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies, which ensure that the site functions correctly.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising tracking tools or profiling technologies.
